Aleksandra Oltarzewska

I specialize in supporting adults living with Complex PTSD (CPTSD), particularly those affected by early attachment trauma and the lasting impact of emotional, physical, or sexual abuse.

My approach is integrative and relational. I completed training in PSIP (Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy) in 2024 and draw on Gestalt and psychoanalytic perspectives. My work is also deeply informed by Janina Fisher’s parts-based approach, helping clients develop compassion and understanding toward the different parts of themselves.

I believe that healing happens through a safe therapeutic relationship, where difficult experiences can be explored with curiosity, care, and respect for each person’s unique pace.
