About
Dillon

For as long as I can remember, people have naturally brought me the parts of themselves that felt wounded, overwhelmed, hidden, or difficult to carry alone. My path into psychotherapy emerged organically from that experience and has deepened over more than fifteen years of clinical work with trauma, grief, addiction, existential crisis, and nervous system dysregulation.

My approach is relational, somatic, and deeply experiential. I believe healing occurs not through fixing ourselves, but through safely turning toward what the body and psyche have been holding beneath survival strategies, dissociation, and protective adaptations. Much of my work centers around helping clients reconnect with the parts of themselves that were abandoned, silenced, or forced into protection long ago.

PSIP has profoundly shaped the way I understand trauma and healing. I am continually humbled by the intelligence of the nervous system and the body’s innate movement toward resolution when enough safety, attunement, and presence are available. In this work, I aim to offer a grounded and compassionate space where clients can gently contact what has previously felt unbearable — not through force or performance, but through careful listening to the unfolding process itself.

My clinical background includes work with trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, addiction, existential suffering, developmental and attachment wounds, and the emotional impact of major life transitions. I also integrate Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and body-based approaches that support regulation, embodiment, and deeper self-contact.

I am especially drawn to working with individuals who sense that traditional approaches have only reached part of the picture — people who long not only for symptom relief, but for deeper coherence, authenticity, meaning, and reconnection with themselves.

At the heart of my work is a simple intention: to help people feel less alone in what they carry, and to support the nervous system in rediscovering its natural capacity for connection, safety, and wholeness

My work is welcoming of spiritually-oriented experiences and existential inquiry when they arise organically within the therapeutic process
