For over twenty five years; I have been working with and supporting others in various capacities. Each of the varied work, education and life opportunities have shaped me as a person, expanded my knowledge and perspective, and also initiated my own healing journey. Over the years, I have been lucky enough to participate in, train/work with, and learn from many different teachers and practices (such as Shamanic healers, plant medicines, transformational breath work, mindfulness, yoga, somatic and Spiritual modalities). I believe that everyone has creativity, strength, wisdom, and a capacity to make their own decisions. Understanding the importance of remembering our power has been instrumental in my choice to become a therapist.
Working through my own experience with trauma, depression and anxiety; I truly understand how important it is to feel seen, heard and supported.
