Dr. Hiral Patel

Dr. Hiral Patel is a clinical psychologist dedicated to supporting individuals on their healing journey through an integrative and trauma-informed lens. Trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy (PSIP), Internal Family Systems (IFS trained in level 1 & 2), Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR trained in level 1 & 2) and Hypnotherapy, she weaves together mind-body modalities to address the deep roots of emotional pain and inner conflict. With a strong focus on working with BIPOC and clients of multicultural identities, Dr. Patel honors the complexity of each person's lived experience, creating a safe and inclusive space where cultural context, personal history, and inner wisdom are all recognized as vital parts of the healing process.
