About
Jennifer

I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor and transformational workshop facilitator. My work centers on nervous system healing, attachment trauma, shame, and the relational patterns that have outlast years of genuine therapeutic effort. The edge where insight runs out is where my work begins. That work is about supporting you to move from survival adaptations toward regulation, embodiment, and connection. Toward aliveness.

My clinical training spans Somatic Experiencing, AEDP, Hakomi, and BBTRS (Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release System). PSIP sits at the intersection of all of it: a method that brings the body, the relational field, and altered states of consciousness into contact with one another in a way no other approach does.

My passion is working with patterns that have survived years of insight-based work intact. Not because the person hasn't tried, but because those patterns were organized in the body, in relationship, before language arrived. PSIP offers a way to meet them there.

That meeting happens in relationship. I work collaboratively, with close attention to pacing and trust, and I take the quality of the connection between us seriously. Attachment patterns formed early in relationship need a real relational experience to reorganize. Not a technique applied to them. A person, present with them, over time.

I work from the understanding that lasting change requires more than knowing what happened. It requires your nervous system and psyche to have a different relational experience, in real time, with a regulated, present, and caring other present. That is where the depth of PSIP's interactional framework becomes essential.

What draws me to this work is a genuine belief that something more is possible. A life that feels inhabited. Fully alive. If you're curious whether PSIP might be right for you, I'd welcome a conversation. I see PSIP clients in person in Vancouver, BC.
