The focus of my work is helping those who are struggling with symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and relational wounds that have had negative impacts on their relationships, overall emotional well-being, health, family, career, and other aspects of life. The symptoms of mental health and well-being can involve a great deal of emotional pain and suffering. So, first, I want to commend you on the courage you are showing to seek help.
