About
Küllike
I am a psychologist and Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy (PSIP) therapist based in Tallinn, Estonia. My clinical work spans over 15 years in private practice, during which I have worked with individuals, couples, and families through trauma, dissociation, developmental vulnerability, grief, and relational crisis. My path into PSIP grew naturally from this foundation — a deepening recognition that the most profound healing moves through the body and the autonomic nervous system, not around them.
My professional background includes a Master's degree in Applied Psychology (Audentes University, 2006), certification as a Psychodrama Practitioner (NBE Certified Practitioner level, Tallinn Psychodrama Institute), systemic family therapy training and supervision, IMAGO relationship therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), TRE (Trauma and Tension Releasing Exercises), and extensive work with complex trauma and dissociation. Over the years, I have presented at international conferences across Europe and beyond, and have trained therapists as a supervisor and trainer.
I work with calm presence, precise process tracking, and deep respect for each client's inner intelligence. I believe that lasting change does not come from fixing what is broken, but from restoring the nervous system's natural capacity to move, regulate, and integrate. The therapeutic relationship is the ground where that becomes possible.
