Lorina Manzanita

Lorina Manzanita, MA, SEP is a Somatic Intimacy Coach, SE and PSIP Trauma Resolution Practitioner, author, educator, workshop facilitator, and doctoral student in Human Sexuality. She has been helping people feel comfortable in their own skin since 1998.

Lorina specializes in supporting empaths who struggle with self-abandonment — helping them claim their desires and boundaries, and cultivate greater intimacy, interdependence, and integrity in their relationships with themselves, others, and Life itself.

Her approach is somatic, experiential, and empowering, drawing on healing systems that honor mindfulness and the body's innate intelligence. The primary modalities informing her work are Somatica, Somatic Experiencing, the Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy (PSIP) method, and Interpersonal Neurobiology.

Lorina is currently available for both online and in-person sessions in the SF Bay Area.
