Rachael Spyker

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor, psychedelic psychotherapist, and facilitator based in Kelowna, BC, devoted to relational and somatic healing. My work is grounded in the belief that we are not broken, but shaped by the adaptive strategies we developed to survive overwhelming experiences alone. Rather than pathologizing symptoms, I view them as intelligent expressions of the nervous system and the psyche’s attempt to protect us.

I offer a depth oriented and experiential approach to trauma healing that bridges somatic psychotherapy, attachment theory, depth psychology, and expanded states of consciousness. My work draws from PSIP, IFS, AEDP, EMDR, interpersonal neurobiology, and psychedelic integration psychotherapy.

I support individuals navigating trauma, dissociation, relational wounds, spiritual emergence, and the complexities of being human in a rapidly changing world. Through deep attunement, nervous system presence, and the therapeutic relationship, I help create spaces where protective patterns can soften and deeper emotional truths can safely emerge.

Alongside my clinical practice, I facilitate retreats, a podcast, ceremonies, and conversations exploring embodiment, healing, spirituality, and transformation. At the heart of my work is a trust in the body’s innate movement toward wholeness, connection, vitality, and aliveness.
