About
Sara

What drew me to PSIP was the recognition that much of what we carry - our old trauma, protective patterns, unspoken grief — lives not just in our thoughts but in our bodies. Somatic practices work directly with that embodied experience, helping trauma find its way out through the body rather than staying locked in place. The expanded states of consciousness provided by psychedelics can open a doorway into this process, offering access to the body's own wisdom and its innate capacity to heal, often in ways that talk therapy alone can't reach.

Beyond my somatic and attachment theory background, I'm trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), which offers a compassionate way of getting to know the different parts of ourselves — even the ones we've learned to fear or push away.

I aim to offer a steady, present, and relational space for this work — one where both the mind and the body are welcome.
