I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist with a specialty in early childhood and attachment healing (including birth and gestation).

Our earliest experiences - even before we have words for them - leave imprints on the body and nervous system that continue to shape how we move through life. I specialize in pre- and perinatal healing because the period of conception, gestation, and birth is foundational - patterns formed here often echo throughout our entire lives, influencing how we relate to safety, connection, and ourselves.

By creating a slow, safe space for these early patterns to be felt, witnessed, met and unwound - we open the possibility of meeting the present moment freshly, no longer filtered through old survival strategies that may no longer serve us. This is how we move toward what we are most wanting to experience in our lives - not by overriding the past, but by finally letting it complete with attunement and support.

I work in person and virtually from our pollinator sanctuary in Frederick, MD. In addition to individual sessions, my partner and I can co-facilitate sessions, allowing different aspects of relational material to emerge with both a male and female facilitator present. My partner, Alicia Barmon, is a PSIP instructor and faculty. We also offer intensives for people who need to travel a good distance to be in person.
