Your body remembers what your mind can’t always name. Whether you’re moving through trauma, grief, chronic stress, or feeling disconnected from yourself, I offer space for your body to speak—without needing to tell the story or analyze it. My work is grounded in Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy (PSIP), which can be practiced with or without legally prescribed or medically recommended substances (for example, ketamine or cannabis). Sessions invite deep attunement to your nervous system, with tools that support trauma resolution, emotional integration, and a return to embodied presence.
